The Swegon GOLD RX 05 is a versatile modular air handling unit designed for high-performance ventilation in both indoor and outdoor environments. Engineered with sustainability in mind, the unit features a casing constructed from recycled and renewably produced steel with a durable C5-rated Magnelis® coating, significantly reducing its overall carbon footprint. Its robust design includes 56mm front/back panels and 52mm inspection doors with high-efficiency mineral wool insulation for excellent thermal and acoustic performance. At the heart of the system is a RECOnomic rotary heat exchanger, which provides exceptional temperature efficiency, with options for sorption coatings for moisture recovery. The unit utilizes direct-driven GOLD Wing+ fans with IE5-class EC/PM motors to ensure uniform airflow, low noise levels, and reliable operation. Fully integrated with the IQlogic control system and managed via the 7-inch IQnavigator multitouch terminal, the GOLD RX 05 offers intuitive site management, demand-controlled ventilation, and seamless connectivity to building management systems through cloud APIs and secure remote access.
