The Danfoss TE 2 (068Z3403) is an externally equalized thermostatic expansion valve engineered for precision control in refrigeration systems. Designed for use with R404A and R507A refrigerants, this robust valve features a durable brass body in an angleway configuration, providing reliable flow regulation across an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 10 °C. The unit includes a 1500 mm capillary tube and comes with a bulb strap for easy installation. This model is characterized by its adjustable superheat setting, featuring a static superheat of 4 °C. It supports a maximum working pressure of 34 bar (500 psig) and is equipped with flare connections, including a 3/8 in inlet, 1/2 in outlet, and 1/4 in external equalization line. As part of the versatile T2/TE2 parts program, it is designed for demanding cooling applications where consistent performance and serviceability are required.
