The CIAT DFU is a high-performance, plug-and-play air handling unit designed to optimize indoor air quality through efficient mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Available in six distinct sizes, the unit provides a versatile airflow range from 500 to 3200 m3/h. Its advanced design allows for the recovery of up to 95% of heat from expelled air, making it an excellent solution for buildings where fresh air exchange is mandated or desired to enhance overall occupant comfort. Constructed with durable galvanized steel panels and insulated with 30 mm of mineral wool, the DFU ensures thermal break efficiency and reduced acoustic transmission. It features EC plug-fans with BLDC motors for precise control and includes sophisticated filtration with F7 outlet and M6 intake filters. The integrated control system supports various operational modes, including demand-controlled ventilation via CO2 or VOC sensors, constant pressure or flow monitoring, and comprehensive antifreeze protection, ensuring reliable performance across diverse environmental conditions.
