The Carrier AquaForce® 30XF is a high-performance, air-cooled screw chiller designed with sustainability and efficiency in mind. It utilizes the ultra-low GWP refrigerant R-1234ze, aligning with modern environmental standards. A standout feature is its patented FreeBoostTM free-cooling technology, which enhances energy efficiency and allows for rapid capacity recovery, typically within 60 to 120 seconds, even under demanding high ambient temperatures up to 55°C. This chiller is particularly well-suited for data centers, aiming to achieve a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) below 1.2, and offers Eurovent certified seasonal efficiency up to 25. The AquaForce® 30XF provides operational adaptability with lower power input, enabling reduced generator sizing or increased IT power capacity, and can maintain a leaving water temperature of 26°C even at a 55°C outdoor air temperature. It offers noise reduction down to 94 dB(A) and features modularity for easy integration into existing infrastructures. The unit supports dual power connections (400/230V or 400/400V) and includes an automatic transfer switch for enhanced reliability.
