The Trane Series R RTWD is a high-performance water-cooled helical rotary screw chiller designed for versatility in both industrial process and commercial comfort applications. Featuring a robust dual-compressor design with only four moving parts, the RTWD offers exceptional reliability and ease of maintenance. The unit is optimized for flexible operation, capable of heating temperatures up to 165°F (74°C) using R-515B or cooling applications using R-513A, with leaving evaporator temperatures as low as 10°F (-12°C). Engineered for seamless integration, these chillers come equipped with the advanced Symbio 800 controller, allowing for secure building automation connectivity and remote access via Wi-Fi or LTE. The compact footprint is designed to fit through standard 72-inch by 80-inch double doors, making the RTWD an ideal solution for facility upgrades and replacements without the need for extensive structural modifications. With integrated forklift pockets and support for both single- and dual-point power connections, installation is designed to be efficient and less disruptive to building operations.
