The Daikin FBA-A(9) Sky Air is a premium concealed ceiling unit designed for medium external static pressure applications. Engineered to be the slimmest unit in its class, it features a height of only 245mm—allowing for an overall 300mm built-in height—which makes it an ideal solution for installations where ceiling voids are restricted. Despite its compact footprint, the unit provides external static pressure up to 150Pa, offering high flexibility for various ductwork lengths. By utilizing R-32 Bluevolution technology, the FBA-A(9) significantly reduces environmental impact compared to traditional R-410A systems, while simultaneously improving energy efficiency and lowering refrigerant charge requirements. Designed for discreet comfort, the unit remains hidden within the ceiling, leaving only the air suction and discharge grilles visible. It operates at very low noise levels, reaching as low as 25dBA, ensuring minimal disruption. Flexibility is a core feature, as the unit includes a built-in drain pump with a 625mm lift for easier installation and allows for adjustable air suction directions. Furthermore, users can optimize performance through features like the Multi zoning kit, which serves multiple climate zones from a single unit, and the DC fan motor for reduced power consumption.
